Certified Diverse-Owned Carrier Program

During this project, I collaborated cross-functionally to conceptualize and implement the Certified Diverse-Owned Carrier Program—a 2-pronged strategic corporate endeavor aimed at enhancing EASE's network of certified diverse-owned carriers while establishing the program as an innovative solution offering. This initiative sought to increase EASE's network of certified diverse-owned carriers and elevate customer transportation spend on EASE's diverse supplier network. 

My role encompassed crafting compelling messaging and strategic positioning, robust go-to-market strategies, high-quality content creation, as well as executing a comprehensive campaign strategy to support lead generation efforts to ensure the program's success. This approach was designed to not only attract diverse-owned carrier leads but also guide them through the certification process, ultimately promoting the solution to qualified customers. Our team successfully generated over 327 qualified carrier leads through an integrated marketing campaign and lead funnel. This campaign involved the creation of diverse assets, including print and digital brochures, email drip campaigns, educational blogs and articles, a dedicated campaign landing page, and targeted paid search and social advertising efforts.

To secure qualified diverse carrier leads, I leveraged strategic partnerships with certifying bodies and vendor partners, capitalizing on co-marketing opportunities to bolster our pipeline. Additionally, I spearheaded cross-functional collaboration with customer account managers, sales representatives, and project managers to identify ideal customers and develop tailored sales presentations for pitching the new solution. The outcomes of this campaign within the first 8 months of program launch are outlined below.

 

Results Within First 8 Months:

  • Increased EASE's diverse-owned carrier network by +3,700% & generated $2.52 million in customer spend.
  • Helped Generate 327 high-quality carrier leads, increasing EASE's network by 152 certified-diverse carriers within the first 8 months.
  • Lead Generation, Campaign Metrics (Includes data from two different analytics properties (UA & GA4)
    • Total DEI User Submissions: 187 (GA4) + 140 (UA) = 327
    • Total DEI "Contact Us" Clicks: 138 | Total DEI "Email Us" Clicks: 25
    • Total Learn More User Clicks on Page: 118
    • Total Phone Number Clicks On Page: 322
