Corporate Rebrand Initiative, 2023 

Successfully led a $1 million Corporate Rebrand aimed at revitalizing the EASE Logistics brand identify and positioning EASE as a billion-dollar market-leading logistics provider. With the support of a brand agency partner we embarked on a year-long journey to refresh our visual identity, messaging, core values, solutions and services, and overall brand experience. With the exception of the iconic EASE logo and our two primary colors, everything was prime for reimagining!

This initiative encompassed a wide range of activities, including market research, stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and creative development to name a few. From redesigning our visual elements and assets, workshopping our brand archetype and brand story, defining our core positioning, messaging, and voice, to expanding our set of solution offerings, every aspect of our brand was carefully considered and created to resonate with our customers, carriers, employees, community, and strategic partners and drive market awareness and differentiation among our competitors. The investment in time, money, and other resources signified our commitment to excellence and our confidence in the power of a strong, cohesive brand to drive success and expansion in the marketplace.

As we embarked on the journey of developing an elevated and cohesive EASE brand look and feel, our designers meticulously crafted and refined design elements to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. In the initial stages, we began learning and playing with the new brand guidelines, developing consistencies through brainstorming, prototyping, and feedback loops to elevate the brand's visual identity. Our first internal newsletter introduces the foundational elements of our new brand, while the second showcases a more developed and sophisticated brand, demonstrating our team's dedication to honing in on a unified and impactful brand presence.
