During my tenure at AccuReg Software, a leading provider of front-end revenue cycle solutions, I led the creation of the eBook titled "The Profit Dilution Solution." This eBook served as a cornerstone in our comprehensive integrated 1:1 marketing campaign, strategically designed to engage our target audience of hospitals and CFOs. As part of this campaign, we leveraged the eBook to align our messaging and theme presented at an exclusive event during an upcoming conference. The eBook not only provided valuable insights into the challenges of profit dilution in the revenue cycle but also served as a catalyst for driving attendance to our event and reinforcing our brand message.

The success of this campaign, coupled with our larger strategic initiatives, culminated in an impressive $11 million increase in recurring revenue, underscoring the impact of our innovative marketing approach.

Introducing: Full-Funnel 

During my time as the Senior Strategic Account Marketing Manager at JumpCrew, I played a key role in ideating and developing the concept of our transformative "Full-Funnel" strategy. This initiative not only aligned our customers' sales and marketing functions but allowed us to offer a more robust and comprehensive suite of services to our customers. By integrating customer sales and marketing delivery teams, we significantly enhanced lead generation efforts and streamlined communication channels, resulting in bigger better results for both our clients and our company.

While at first we offered customized marketing services and solutions to our clients "a la' cart" we refined and optimized our offerings by creating repeatable marketing programs tailored to specific customer profiles. This strategic shift enabled us to scale our services, expand out customer bases, and drive more revenue.

As the Strategic Accounts Marketing Manager, I was responsible for overseeing customer accounts, managing the client marketing delivery team, and ensuring the successful execution and delivery of our "full-funnel" offerings.

A career highlight, I was honored to be invited to the Annual Asigra Partner Summit in Toronto to present the "How Asigra Accelerated My Go-To-Market Strategy" case study, showcasing the successful partnership between EVS Corporation and Asigra.

Our presentation highlighted the transformative impact of Asigra's solutions on our go-to-market strategy, emphasizing the power of collaboration and co-marketing efforts.

It was an invaluable opportunity to share insights and best practices with an ecosystem of international partners and business owners, further strengthening our collective commitment to driving innovation and success in the data protection industry.

It was during this conference my efforts in marketing helped EVS win "Best Demand Generation Campaign" & "Asigra Partner of the Year!" (2014)

Looking back at these outdated materials I can't help but feel a little bit nostalgic. Embarking on the journey of starting a family business was a pivotal time for me. As I revisit these materials now, I realize it's a good thing I didn't take up graphic design(!), but more importantly, how it shaped my passion for business and marketing. And how fortunate I've been throughout my career to have worked with amazing professionals and mentors who have become cherished friends, and with great brands and companies that have become valued connections... Though they may be dated assets, they hold a cherished place in my heart, symbolizing the beginnings of my entrepreneurial spirit and lifelong dedication to the field.
